Say Interiors was established in 2020 in Farnham by Sarah, with the sole goal of bringing affordable and luxurious interior architecture services to Surrey and the surrounding areas, including London and Dorset.
We offer residential and commercial design services and can cater to your budget and style, no matter what that may be. Our designs are sophisticated and timeless, bringing comfort to every space.
The idea behind SAY interiors was to offer flexible services to our clients. We are happy to work alongside your builders or bring in our own trusted contractors.

We Are Interior Architects
At Say Interiors, we are not just interior designers; we are interior architects, meaning we provide all the interior design needs, such as sourcing furnishings and styling, as well as providing internal architecture services.
This means we focus on the internal layout and functionality of the property. This is something that is often missed by architects as they mainly focus on the external shell of the property. Whilst we make sure during the planning process that all doors, windows and walls are in the most functional positions for the internal layout.

If you've just moved into a property or your current property is overdue for an uplift, this is the service for you.
We will work closely with you to narrow down your ideas and your needs for each room with an initial consultation. From there we will work out what design services you would need to achieve your final goal.

Are you looking to redesign your restaurant, shop or office? Maybe you are just shopping around and need to see if the new building you are looking at will accommodate your needs.

COMMERCIAL
Our Design Process
After our initial telephone conversation, we will arrange a complimentary one-hour consultation to discuss your project in greater detail. During this meeting, we will explore your needs, refine the scope of services required, and gain a clear understanding of your personal style. This allows us to prepare a tailored fee proposal for your review. Once everything has been agreed upon, we begin your project through our six carefully structured phases.

Brief
We will sit down with you and go through all your design requirements and styles to ensure we have a good understanding of what you need going forward.

Plan
This is the starting point for all design work. A plan view of your space to see what will be going where with all building regulations in mind. These drawings are especially useful if you're looking to purchase new furniture, knock down walls or build a new extension.
We strongly advise when looking into doing an extension that you design the interior first before committing to a build.

Moodboard
Creating mood boards and colour schemes are key to putting together a successful concept design for any project. It allows us to narrow down the styles, colours and finishes you like to have in your space. Once we have achieved this the project truly starts to take shape.

Visulisation
Realistic visuals will give you the best understanding of what your finished space will look like by showing the exact models and finishes that come together.

Finishes Schedule
This schedule is like a personalised shopping list with itemised products that we decide will be going into your space. From flooring, lighting and furniture, everything you need will be listed here.

Construction Drawings
Our 2D drawing services will provide you with everything you need to start your project. Whether you are renovating a bathroom, building a new extension or preparing for a new office fit-out. All our drawings are followed by the latest BSI (British Standards Institution ).
This drawing pack contains everything you need to help you start your construction process.

Project Managment
To ensure your project runs smoothly from start to finish, we offer comprehensive project management services. This includes arranging weekly site meetings to monitor progress on-site and ensure all work is proceeding according to plan. We maintain clear and consistent communication with all contractors at every stage, allowing us to proactively manage the process and deliver exceptional results.
